In England all FuneralDirectors are legally required to publish a price list showing a standardised set of products and services. This is to help you think through your options and make informed choices and to enable you to compare prices between different Funeral Directors.
Attended Funerals (Funeral Director's Fees) from £2100
These charges are for a funeral where family/friends have a ceremony, event or service for the deceased person at the same time as they attend the burial or cremation. In addition to these fees disbursement fees as shown in (Fees You Must Pay **) must be paid.

Taking care of all necesary legal and administrative arrangements £575

Collecting and transporting the deceased person from the place of death into the Funeral Director’s care £225
(normally within 15 miles of the Funeral Director’s premises)

Care of the deceased person before the funeral in appropriate facilities. £325
(The deceased will be kept at 1 of our premises in Preston, Fulwood or Longridge, where appropriate.)

Providing a suitable coffin which will be made of a wood veneered particle board £445

Viewing of the deceased person for family and friends during normal working hours FOC

At a date and time you agree with the Funeral Director, taking the deceased person directly to the agreed service location, cemetery or crematorium in a motor hearse. £530

Unattended Direct Funerals
This is a funeral where family /friends do not have a service or attend the burial /cremation of the deceased person. The burial /cremation takes place at a time and a place of the Funeral Director’s choice.The deceased will be cared for by inhouse fully qualified British Institute of Embalmers accredited staff to the same high standard as would normally be the case and dressed in a simple gown or own clothes if supplied. Limited in hours viewing is permitted at the Funeral Director’s discretion.

Attended Direct Funerals
This is a funeral where family /friends do not have a service but can attend the burial/cremation. As with unattended direct funerals this willtake place at a time and a place of the Funeral Director’s choice.If taking place at Preston Crematorium the family/friends can enter and exit the crematorium chapel as normal and listen to 3 pieces of music in total however NO service is permitted.The deceased will be cared for by inhouse fully qualified British Institute of Embalmers accredited staff to the same high standard as would normally be the case and dressed in a simple gown or own clothes if supplied. Limited in hours viewing is permitted at the Funeral Director’s discretion.
